Ingredients

  • flat puris (papdi)
  • boiled potatoes
  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • green chutney
  • tamarind chutney
  • sev
  • chaat masala
  • red chili powder
  • fresh coriander
  • lemon juice

Instructions

  1. 1 Arrange flat puris on a plate.
  2. 2 Top each with a small amount of finely diced boiled potato and onion.
  3. 3 Add a dab of green chutney and tamarind chutney on each.
  4. 4 Sprinkle chaat masala and red chili powder.
  5. 5 Top generously with sev and coriander. Serve immediately.
