Knead wheat flour with salt, ajwain, and water into a firm dough. Rest for 20 minutes.

Mix sattu with chopped onions, green chilies, lemon juice, mustard oil, and salt.

Stuff dough balls with sattu mixture and seal. Flatten slightly.

Roast over charcoal or bake at high heat until well-browned and cooked through.

Prepare chokha: roast eggplant and mash with garlic, mustard oil, and salt. Serve litti dipped in ghee with chokha.
