yogurt (2 cups)
sugar or salt
ice
cardamom powder
rose water or mango pulp (optional)
cream
saffron (optional)
Instructions
1Blend yogurt with chilled water or ice until frothy.
2For sweet lassi: add sugar, cardamom, and optionally rose water or mango pulp.
