Ingredients
puffed rice (murmura)
sev (thin chickpea noodles)
boiled potatoes
onions
tomatoes
green chutney (coriander-mint)
tamarind chutney
chaat masala
lemon juice
raw mango
fresh coriander
green chilies
Instructions
1Mix puffed rice with chopped onions, tomatoes, and boiled potato cubes.
2Add both green chutney and tamarind chutney to taste.
3Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
4Add sev and chopped raw mango. Toss everything together quickly.
5Serve immediately in paper cones or plates. Must be eaten fresh before it goes soggy.
