Ingredients

  • puffed rice (murmura)
  • sev (thin chickpea noodles)
  • boiled potatoes
  • onions
  • tomatoes
  • green chutney (coriander-mint)
  • tamarind chutney
  • chaat masala
  • lemon juice
  • raw mango
  • fresh coriander
  • green chilies

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix puffed rice with chopped onions, tomatoes, and boiled potato cubes.
  2. 2 Add both green chutney and tamarind chutney to taste.
  3. 3 Sprinkle chaat masala, salt, and lemon juice.
  4. 4 Add sev and chopped raw mango. Toss everything together quickly.
  5. 5 Serve immediately in paper cones or plates. Must be eaten fresh before it goes soggy.
