Ingredients
potatoes (4 large)
green peas
green chilies
ginger
cumin powder
garam masala
amchur (dry mango powder)
cornflour
bread crumbs
oil for frying
salt
fresh coriander
Instructions
1Boil potatoes, peel and mash. Mix with peas, chilies, ginger, and all spices.
2Add cornflour and shape into round flat patties.
3Optional: coat in bread crumbs for extra crunch.
4Shallow fry on a tawa or deep fry until golden brown and crispy on both sides.
5Serve topped with chole, yogurt, green chutney, tamarind chutney, and sev.
