Ingredients

  • 1 cup short-grain rice
  • 4 cups whole milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cinnamon sticks
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • Pinch of salt
  • Ground cinnamon for garnish
  • Raisins (optional)

Instructions
