Garlic Fingers

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and stretch or roll the pizza dough into a large rectangle on a greased or parchment-lined baking sheet.

Mix the melted butter with the minced garlic and dried parsley, then brush this garlic butter generously and evenly over the entire surface of the dough.

Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese evenly over the garlic butter, covering the dough completely from edge to edge.

Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden in spots and the edges of the dough are crispy and lightly browned.

While baking, make the donair sauce by whisking together the sweetened condensed milk, white vinegar, and garlic powder until thick and creamy.
