Ingredients

4 cups puffed rice (muri)

1 tbsp mustard oil

1 small onion, finely diced

2 green chillies, chopped

2 tbsp roasted peanuts

2 tbsp chanachur

1 tbsp chopped coriander

1 tsp chaat masala

1/2 tsp salt

Juice of 1 lime
Instructions

Place puffed rice in a large bowl.

Add mustard oil and toss to coat evenly.

Add onion, green chillies, peanuts, chanachur, and coriander.

Sprinkle with chaat masala and salt.

Squeeze lime juice over the top and toss vigorously.
