4 ripe bananas
3 rounds of flatbread or malawach, torn
3 tbsp honey
3 tbsp ghee
4 tbsp heavy cream
1 tsp ground cardamom
2 tbsp powdered sugar
Black sesame seeds for garnish
Instructions
1Tear flatbread into small pieces and lightly toast in a dry skillet until slightly crispy around the edges.
2Peel bananas and mash roughly in a large bowl, leaving some chunks for texture.
3Add the toasted bread pieces to the mashed banana and mix together, crushing and folding until combined.
4Drizzle generously with melted ghee, honey, and heavy cream. Sprinkle with cardamom and powdered sugar.
5Mix lightly so the bread absorbs the sweet liquids. Serve in bowls garnished with black sesame seeds.
