Ingredients

  • 600g beef top round, sliced thin
  • 200g mushrooms, finely diced
  • 2 onions, diced
  • 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. 1 Pound beef slices thin between plastic wrap. Season with salt and pepper.
  2. 2 Sauté mushrooms and one diced onion in butter until golden. Mix with chopped eggs. Cool.
