  • 400g taro leaves
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. 1 Wash and chop taro leaves.
  2. 2 Saute onion and garlic.
  3. 3 Add leaves, stir.
  4. 4 Add coconut milk and water.
  5. 5 Simmer 25 minutes.
  6. 6 Season with salt and lime.
