Ingredients

  • 4 fish fillets (150g each)
  • Banana leaves
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • Fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. 1 Soften banana leaves over flame.
  2. 2 Place fish fillet on each leaf.
  3. 3 Top with onion, garlic, coconut cream.
  4. 4 Season with salt, pepper, lime.
  5. 5 Wrap tightly.
  6. 6 Steam 20 minutes.
