Fresh skipjack tuna grilled over coals with lime and soy. Simple, smoky, and satisfying.

Ingredients

  • 2 tuna steaks (200g each)
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 green onion, sliced
  • 1 tsp ginger, grated

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix soy, lime, garlic, ginger.
  2. 2 Marinate tuna 10 minutes.
  3. 3 Heat grill to high.
  4. 4 Grill 2 minutes per side.
  5. 5 Rest 2 minutes.
  6. 6 Garnish with green onion.
