Ingredients

  • 4 cups cooked rice
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 1 carrot, diced
  • 2 green onions
  • 2 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat oil in wok.
  2. 2 Scramble eggs, set aside.
  3. 3 Stir-fry onion and carrot.
  4. 4 Add rice, toss.
  5. 5 Add soy sauce.
  6. 6 Return eggs, add green onions.
