Ingredients

  • 2 cups grated coconut
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • Parchment

Instructions

  1. 1 Dissolve sugar in water.
  2. 2 Cook to golden caramel.
  3. 3 Add coconut, stir constantly.
  4. 4 Cook 10 minutes.
  5. 5 Add vanilla, salt, cinnamon, butter.
  6. 6 Drop onto parchment, cool.
