Ingredients

  • 6 green bananas
  • Water to cover
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • Lime juice
  • Coconut cream
  • Pinch of pepper
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel and halve bananas.
  2. 2 Boil in salted water 15-20 min.
  3. 3 Drain.
  4. 4 Toss with butter and coconut oil.
  5. 5 Squeeze lime over.
  6. 6 Serve with coconut cream.
