A creamy, tropical ice cream made from fresh soursop pulp blended with condensed milk, evaporated milk, and vanilla. The soursop gives it a unique sweet-tart flavor unlike any other fruit.
Ingredients
2 cups soursop pulp seeds removed
1 can condensed milk
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp nutmeg
pinch of salt
Instructions
1Blend soursop pulp until smooth, straining out any remaining seeds or fiber.
2Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
3Fold soursop puree into the milk mixture until well combined.
4Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours.
5Remove, stir vigorously to break up ice crystals, then return to freezer. Repeat once more. Freeze until solid.
