Ingredients

  • 2 cups soursop pulp seeds removed
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
  • pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Blend soursop pulp until smooth, straining out any remaining seeds or fiber.
  2. 2 Combine condensed milk, evaporated milk, vanilla, nutmeg, and salt in a bowl.
  3. 3 Fold soursop puree into the milk mixture until well combined.
  4. 4 Pour into a freezer-safe container and freeze for 2 hours.
  5. 5 Remove, stir vigorously to break up ice crystals, then return to freezer. Repeat once more. Freeze until solid.
