Ingredients

  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 cup freshly grated coconut
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 2 tbsp butter melted

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
  2. 2 Add grated coconut and toss to combine.
  3. 3 Add coconut milk, water, and melted butter. Mix to form a soft dough.
  4. 4 Shape into a round and place on a baking sheet.
