Ingredients
3 cups flour
1 cup freshly grated coconut
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1/2 cup coconut milk
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
1Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar.
2Add grated coconut and toss to combine.
3Add coconut milk, water, and melted butter. Mix to form a soft dough.
4Shape into a round and place on a baking sheet.
5Bake at 375F for 30 minutes until golden brown. Slice and serve warm.
