Ingredients

  • 500g reef fish, pieces
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 2 cups water
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. 1 Boil water with ginger and onion.
  2. 2 Add coconut milk.
  3. 3 Add fish pieces.
  4. 4 Simmer 12 minutes.
  5. 5 Season with salt and lime.
  6. 6 Garnish with green onion.
