Ingredients

  • 800g chicken pieces
  • 2 cups coconut cream
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp ginger, grated
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. 1 Brown chicken in oil.
  2. 2 Add onion, garlic, ginger.
  3. 3 Pour in coconut cream.
  4. 4 Simmer 25 minutes.
  5. 5 Season with salt and lime.
  6. 6 Serve over coconut rice.
