Ingredients

  • 1 firm breadfruit
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • Lime juice
  • 1/4 tsp chili
  • Paper towels
  • 1 tsp sugar

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel and thinly slice breadfruit.
  2. 2 Heat oil to 180C.
  3. 3 Fry in batches until golden.
  4. 4 Drain on paper towels.
  5. 5 Season with salt, garlic, chili.
  6. 6 Serve with lime.
