2 cups dried fava beans, soaked overnight

1 lemon, juiced

3 tbsp vegetable oil

1 tsp ground cumin

2 tomatoes, diced

1 small onion, diced

Fresh green chili, sliced

Instructions

Boil soaked fava beans until very soft, about 1 hour. Drain most liquid.
