Ingredients

  • 1 cup sorghum flour
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • Pinch of salt
  • Lemon juice (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix sorghum flour with 1 cup cold water to form a smooth paste.
  2. 2 Bring remaining water to a boil.
  3. 3 Slowly pour paste into boiling water, stirring continuously.
  4. 4 Cook 8-10 minutes until thickened to drinkable consistency.
  5. 5 Add sugar, salt, and optional lemon juice.
