Small flying fish dusted with flour and fried whole until golden and crispy.

Ingredients

  • 500g flying fish, cleaned
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp pepper
  • Oil for frying
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 hot pepper, sliced
  • Soy sauce

Instructions

  1. 1 Clean fish and pat dry.
  2. 2 Mix flour, salt, pepper.
  3. 3 Dust fish in flour.
  4. 4 Heat oil to 180C.
  5. 5 Fry 3 minutes until crispy.
  6. 6 Serve with lime and soy sauce.
