    Cut cheese into rectangular slices about 1cm thick and 8cm long.

    Set up breading station: flour in one dish, beaten eggs in another, breadcrumbs in the third.

    Dredge each cheese slice in flour, dip in egg, then press into breadcrumbs, coating evenly.
