Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk. Mix with flour, egg yolks, sugar, butter, and salt. Knead well.

Roll dough into long strips. Wrap around wooden cylinders in a spiral.

Let rise 15 minutes on the cylinders.

Roast over charcoal or bake at 200°C (400°F), turning, until golden all around.
