Instructions

    Rice potatoes while warm. Mix with flour, egg, and salt into a smooth dough.

    Roll dough into long ropes about 2cm thick. Cut into 3cm pieces.

    Boil in salted water until they float, about 3-4 minutes.

    Drain well.

    Mix ground poppy seeds with powdered sugar.

    Toss noodles in melted butter, then roll in the poppy seed-sugar mixture. Serve warm.
