Instructions

Dissolve yeast in warm milk with a pinch of sugar. Let foam 10 min.

Mix flour, eggs, sugar, butter, salt, and yeast mixture into a soft dough. Knead 10 min.

Let rise 1 hour until doubled.

Punch down, divide into pieces. Flatten each, place a spoonful of plum jam, seal into buns.

Place buns seam-down in a steamer basket. Let rise 15 min.

Steam over boiling water for 15-18 minutes. Serve drizzled with melted butter and powdered sugar.
