Instructions

Clean and slice mushrooms. If using dried, soak in warm water and use the soaking liquid.

Sauté onion in butter, add garlic and mushrooms. Cook until golden.

Sprinkle with flour, stir, then add broth.

Simmer 20 minutes. Add marjoram.

Stir in cream, season with salt and pepper.

Serve with fresh parsley and crusty bread.
