    Preheat oven to 200C. Grease a baking pan with oil.

    Whisk eggs, yogurt, oil, and sparkling water together.

    Mix cornmeal, baking powder, and salt. Add wet ingredients and stir until smooth.

    Fold in crumbled feta cheese.

    Pour batter into pan and smooth the top.
