2 cups fine millet couscous

2 tbsp butter

1/4 cup sugar

1/4 cup raisins

2 tbsp ground peanuts

1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk or yogurt

1 cup water for steaming
Instructions

Moisten millet couscous with salted water, rubbing between palms to separate grains.

Steam in a couscoussier for 15 minutes.

Remove, fluff with a fork, and add butter. Toss until grains are coated.
