  • 4 green plantains, peeled and chunked
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 liter fish stock
  • 1 tbsp palm oil
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat palm oil in a pot. Saute onion and garlic until softened.
  2. 2 Add plantain chunks and fish stock. Bring to a boil.
