Ingredients

  • 1 kg giant taro (ta'amu), peeled and cut into large chunks
  • 300ml coconut cream
  • Salt

Instructions

  1. 1 Place taro chunks in a large pot and cover with water. Add salt.
  2. 2 Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer 30-35 min until tender when pierced with a fork.
  3. 3 Drain well.
  4. 4 Arrange on a serving platter and pour coconut cream generously over.
  5. 5 Sprinkle with a little extra salt and serve warm.
