Ingredients

  • 400g chicken sausages, sliced
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 tomatoes, diced
  • 2 cups cabbage, shredded
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 cup water
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper

Instructions

  1. 1 Heat oil in a large pot. Brown sausage slices on both sides, about 5 min.
  2. 2 Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.
  3. 3 Add tomatoes, cabbage, water, and soy sauce.
  4. 4 Bring to a simmer and cook 15-20 min until vegetables are tender and sauce has thickened.
