Ingredients

  • 60ml white rum
  • 1 lime disc, cut from center of lime
  • 1 tsp cane sugar syrup

Instructions

  1. 1 Place lime disc in a short glass and press gently to release oils.
  2. 2 Add cane sugar syrup.
  3. 3 Pour white rum over the lime.
  4. 4 Stir briefly. Do not add ice.
  5. 5 Serve immediately.
