A creamy, spiced coconut and rum drink blending coconut cream, condensed milk, vanilla, and cinnamon, served ice-cold during the holidays.

Ingredients

  • 1 can coconut cream
  • 1 can condensed milk
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 1 cup white rum
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

Instructions

  1. 1 Combine coconut cream, condensed milk, evaporated milk, and coconut milk in a blender.
  2. 2 Add vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, and cloves. Blend on high until completely smooth.
  3. 3 Add rum and pulse briefly to incorporate without over-blending.
  4. 4 Pour into glass bottles and seal tightly. Refrigerate at least four hours.
  5. 5 Shake well before serving as the mixture will separate naturally.
  6. 6 Serve ice-cold in small glasses with a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
