Ingredients

  • 2 cups shaved ice
  • 2 tbsp fruit syrup (tamarind, grape, strawberry, or kola)
  • 2 tbsp condensed milk
  • 1 tbsp evaporated milk
  • Fresh fruit for topping (optional)

Instructions

  1. 1 Shave a block of ice or crush ice finely in a blender.
  2. 2 Pack shaved ice tightly into a cup or cone.
  3. 3 Drizzle generously with chosen fruit syrup — layer multiple colors for the classic look.
  4. 4 Top with condensed milk and a splash of evaporated milk.
  5. 5 Add fresh fruit if desired.
