Flaked fish mixed with taro and coconut, shaped into cakes and fried. Crispy and savory.

Ingredients

  • 300g cooked fish, flaked
  • 200g taro, boiled and mashed
  • 1/4 cup coconut cream
  • 1 onion, minced
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. 1 Flake cooked fish and mix with mashed taro.
  2. 2 Add coconut cream, onion, salt, and pepper.
  3. 3 Shape into flat cakes.
  4. 4 Dip in beaten egg, then breadcrumbs.
  5. 5 Fry in oil until golden on both sides.
  6. 6 Drain and serve with lime.
