Ingredients

  • 4 mangrove crabs, cleaned
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 tbsp curry powder
  • 1 tsp turmeric
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • 1 lime, juiced

Instructions

  1. 1 Clean crabs and crack shells.
  2. 2 Saute onion and garlic in oil.
  3. 3 Add curry powder and turmeric, stir.
  4. 4 Add coconut milk.
  5. 5 Add crab pieces.
  6. 6 Simmer 20 minutes, finish with lime.
