  • 2 fruit bats, cleaned
  • 3 cups coconut milk
  • 1 onion, quartered
  • 4 slices ginger
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1 cup water
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. 1 Clean fruit bats thoroughly.
  2. 2 Place in pot with coconut milk and water.
  3. 3 Add onion, ginger, and garlic.
  4. 4 Bring to simmer.
  5. 5 Cook 1 hour until meat is tender.
