Giant clam meat simmered in coconut milk with lime and ginger. A rich seafood soup.

Ingredients

  • 400g clam meat, sliced
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 2 slices ginger
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Salt to taste
  • 2 green onions

Instructions

  1. 1 Slice clam meat thinly.
  2. 2 Saute onion and ginger.
  3. 3 Add coconut milk and water.
  4. 4 Bring to simmer.
  5. 5 Add clam slices, cook 8 minutes.
  6. 6 Season with lime, salt, garnish with green onion.
