Ingredients
4 fish fillets (hammour or snapper)
3 tbsp lemon juice
2 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp turmeric
1 tsp chili powder
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt to taste
Lemon wedges
Fresh parsley
Instructions
1Mix lemon juice, cumin, coriander, turmeric, chili, garlic, oil, and salt into a paste.
2Coat fish fillets thoroughly with the spice paste. Marinate for 30 minutes.
3Grill over medium-hot charcoal for 4-5 minutes per side until charred and flaky.
4Squeeze fresh lemon over the fish and garnish with parsley.
5Serve with rice and salad.
