Instructions

    Mix rice flour, all-purpose flour, sugar, and baking powder.

    Beat eggs and add water, saffron-rosewater mixture, and cardamom. Combine wet and dry ingredients.

    Rest batter for 15 minutes.

    Heat oil to 170C. Drop spoonfuls of batter and fry until deep golden, about 4-5 minutes.

    Drain and cool slightly. Serve with Omani coffee.
