Ingredients
4 slices dense rye bread
butter
100g smoked salmon
100g shrimp
2 hard-boiled eggs
lettuce leaves
cucumber slices
mayonnaise
fresh dill
lemon wedges
Instructions
1Butter bread slices generously.
2Arrange lettuce on bread as a base layer.
3Top with smoked salmon on two slices, shrimp on the other two. Add sliced eggs, cucumber.
4Garnish with dill and a squeeze of lemon. Serve immediately.
