500ml thick yogurt

2 cucumbers, grated

3 cloves garlic, crushed

30g walnuts, crushed

2 tbsp olive oil

200ml cold water

Salt

Fresh dill
Instructions

Grate cucumbers and lightly salt. Squeeze out excess water.

Mix yogurt with cold water until smooth.

Add cucumbers, crushed garlic, and walnuts.
