Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp baobab fruit powder
  • 3 tbsp honey
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 cup warm water

Instructions

  1. 1 Mix millet flour with baobab powder, ground ginger, and salt in a bowl.
  2. 2 Add honey and warm water gradually, mixing until a firm dough forms.
  3. 3 Roll dough into walnut-sized balls between your palms.
  4. 4 Bring a pot of water to a boil. Drop balls in and cook for 10 minutes until they float.
  5. 5 Remove with a slotted spoon and let cool slightly.
  6. 6 Drizzle with extra honey and serve warm or at room temperature.
