Ingredients

  • 2 cups coconut toddy sap
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • Mint leaves
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • Straining cloth
  • Fresh water

Instructions

  1. 1 Collect fresh toddy from palm.
  2. 2 Strain through cloth.
  3. 3 Add lime juice and honey.
  4. 4 Add pinch of salt.
  5. 5 Pour over ice.
  6. 6 Garnish with mint.
