Ingredients

  • 2 coconut crabs, cleaned
  • 2 cups coconut milk
  • 1 onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 lime, juiced
  • 1 tbsp oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • Fresh herbs

Instructions

  1. 1 Clean crabs and crack shells.
  2. 2 Saute onion and garlic in oil.
  3. 3 Add coconut milk and bring to simmer.
  4. 4 Add crab pieces.
  5. 5 Cook 20 minutes until crab is done.
  6. 6 Season with lime, salt, and pepper.
