Fresh raw fish cured in lime juice with coconut cream, onion, and chili. Cool and refreshing.

Ingredients

  • 500g fresh tuna, diced
  • 4 limes, juiced
  • 1/2 cup coconut cream
  • 1 small onion, finely diced
  • 1 hot pepper, minced
  • 1 cucumber, diced
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 tomato, diced

Instructions

  1. 1 Dice fish into small cubes.
  2. 2 Toss with lime juice and let sit 15 minutes.
  3. 3 Drain excess lime juice.
  4. 4 Add coconut cream, onion, hot pepper, cucumber, and tomato.
  5. 5 Season with salt and toss gently.
  6. 6 Serve chilled immediately.
