Ingredients

  • 1 green papaya, shredded
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 hot pepper, sliced
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 carrot, shredded
  • 2 tbsp roasted peanuts, crushed
  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  1. 1 Peel and shred green papaya.
  2. 2 Pound garlic and chili in mortar.
  3. 3 Add lime juice, fish sauce, and sugar. Mix well.
  4. 4 Toss papaya and carrot with dressing.
  5. 5 Sprinkle crushed peanuts on top.
  6. 6 Serve immediately while crunchy.
